Tadhg founded the Company in 1981. He is a Qualified Financial Advisor and Fellow of the Life Insurance Association.

He holds a Diploma in Social Studies from University College Cork. He also holds a Higher Diploma in Coaching / Coaching Psychology from the same University.

Tadhg is also a published Author with a book called “Wise Quotations for your Journey”.

Tadhg is passionate about helping clients unlock their potential to help them achieve Financial Independence and Meaningful Lifestyle.

Brendan Barry,
(Financial Planner)
Brendan joined the company in 2025. He is a qualified Financial Advisor and he has over 15 years experience in the area of Financial Planning. His focus includes helping clients on their journey to achieving Financial Independence and living their Meaningful Lifestyle.

Deirdre Landers,
(Director)
Deirdre joined McCarthy Investment Services in 1987 having previously worked with the Industrial Development Authority (IDA) and in the Multinational Sector.

She was appointed a Director of the Company in 1997.

Her belief is, it is imperative for all clients to receive top quality service and ensures this is the case on a daily basis since joining the Company.

Paschaline Griffin,

Paschaline joined the Company in 2016 bringing a wealth of experience from her previous roles in the Technology and Financial Sectors.

Paschaline is part of the Administration Team and is committed to providing a high level of client service to help our clients achieve their Financial Goals.
